These cosy 1 bedroom apartments are the perfect little city centre spot for a single traveller or a couple who are visiting Edinburgh for a couple of days.  

Each apartment has:

MAIN FLOOR

- a sitting area with a sofa and a TV

- a kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave oven and a 2 burner stovetop. There is also a toaster and a kettle with dishes, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied. 

- An iron and ironing board is available in the utility cupboard in the apartment.

UPPER FLOOR - (accessible by stairs)

- a bedroom with a double sized bed (UK double is 140cm/4ft6'' wide). Bedside tables with lights. A mirrored wardrobe with hangers and a hairdryer inside.

- a shower room with a mains operated shower mixer, a wash-hand basin and a toilet. A complimentary amount of supplies will be provided to help you start your stay.

The bed will be dressed in fresh linen and freshly laundered towels will be provided in the bedroom and in the shower room.

* Please note that, due to these apartments overall size and layout, the dining table (shown in one of the images) is not included in this listing as standard, as it is not available in all of these apartments. However, depended on availability, the apartment with the dining table may be available upon request. Please make this request prior to your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you.
